
A PC provides administrative and logistical support to the project management team throughout the construction process. Typical responsibilities include maintaining project files and document logs, tracking submittals and RFIs, coordinating meeting schedules and agendas, distributing drawings and correspondence, and assisting with subcontractor communication. The PC role is often an entry-level position on the owner's side or a GC's project team, supporting the PM and APM in keeping project administration organized.
